Creating + Conferencing

For today, we'll be flipping class by having you teach me about the most important sections of Chapter 20. You are encouraged to partner with someone you don't know and make an instructional video that covers one of these sections:

- Writing Definitions (pp. 537-40)

- Writing Extended Definitions (pp. 540-45)

- Writing Descriptions (pp. 547-52)

- The Role of Instructional Videos (pp. 558-59)

- Drafting Effective Instructions (pp. 565-68)

When finished, post your work to the discussion board labeled: "Chapter 20 Videos."

Before you leave, be sure to sign up for a conference time with me (for the week of February 25th). Here's what's available:

---Monday at 1:00, 1:20, 1:40, 2:00, 2:20, 2:40, 3:00 pm

---Wednesday at 1:00, 1:20, 1:40, 2:00 pm

To prepare for conferences, please bring as many draft materials as you have and want to discuss with me. We may not use the entire 20 minutes, but that time is reserved for you, just in case.
